The printing method allows for the reproduction of materials that are formatted beyond the size, color ink or paper limitations associated with the quick copy method.

The Printing process is used for jobs that require color inks and/or print on glossy, carbonless, envelopes, label or other specialty papers. This method is also used for projects requiring large quantities and/or superior quality.

Keep in mind, the printing method involves more preparatory steps than the quick copy method and requires more time to complete. Large quantities and the more complicated jobs involving  special handling or outside services should be submitted well in advance as no rush option may be available.  A scheduled meeting may be necessary for complex jobs involving graphics and should be arranged with the Printing Services Secretary. Projects will not be scheduled for printing until ALL copy and materials have been submitted to the Printing Services Department.
